As Sprint moves through an exciting growth stage, we are positioned to recruit an experienced Investor to join our team and showcase their deal sourcing, relationship development and network expertise within the Australian investment ecosystem.

We are on the hunt for an ambitious full time Investment Analyst that will uncover the founders and technologies that will create the greatest companies of tomorrow. This exciting role will work within the Sprint investment team across investment analysis including business, financial & legal, deal sourcing and supporting our companies that are building a better future.

Every day is different at Sprint. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be part of:

Investment analysis and due diligence: a major part of your work will be to engage closely with our investment team and coordinate the business model, financial and legal analysis of the opportunities, you will help to analyse operational metrics and perform detailed due diligence so that we can uncover the very best early-stage companies.
Pursue new areas of inquiry: deep dive into selected industry sectors and monitor exciting new developments in emerging sectors relevant to our investment thesis.
Meet new founders: grab a coffee with visionary founders, and develop meaningful relationships with them to discover our next great investment.
Develop our investment pipelines: actively participate in the startup ecosystem by being a trusted and ‘must see’ face within startup communities, accelerators, pitch conferences, and technology events.
Assist in the build out of the social, digital and written content with out Community team, by being part of Sprint's thought leadership program.

The right candidate will have numerous and varied internship or vacation work experiences and/or 1-2 years of full time experience in a relevant field such as finance, legal, consulting or business.

Salary
